This journal is the official journal of the Egyptian Society of Pediatric Allergy and Immunology, a non-profit society, and member of the World Allergy Organization (WAO) and the Federation of Clinical Immunology Societies (FOCIS).

It is the first Egyptian Journal specialized in the field of allergy and immunology in the Pediatric age group.

It is a forum for the presentation and promotion of new researches in the field of allergy and immunology, for maintaining contact between basic and clinical allergologists and immunologists, and for the exchange of knowledge.

Its mission is fostering education through supplying competent reviews of selected subjects and recent information on researches and developments in the field.

The journal is published biannually: in April and October on regular basis by the Egyptian Society of Pediatric Allergy and Immunology.

Articles are peer-reviewed, on a single-blind (author-blind, reviewer-open) basis.

The journal has a strict policy against plagiarism. All submitted manuscripts are checked for plagiarism using professional plagiarism-checking software. Submitted manuscripts with an unacceptable similarity index resulting from plagiarism are rejected immediately.
